Read the book several years ago, so really enjoyed this visual refresher. It made me realize how I have adopted many of the book’s principles, and which ones I need to re-examine. I really love the way your sketch notes both simplify and illuminate each topic.

Hi, Sri here. I loved your video especially because this subject - energy management - is close to my heart. I teach personal energy management here in India, and have a book on Kindle as well. Thank you for encapsulating this book for us. :)

Understanding is a cognitive process related to an abstract or physical object, such as a person, situation, or message whereby one is able to use concepts to model that object. Understanding is a relation between the knower and an object of understanding. Understanding implies abilities and dispositions with respect to an object of knowledge that are sufficient to support intelligent behavior.[1] Understanding is often, though not always, related to learning concepts, and sometimes also the theory or theories associated with those concepts. However, a person may have a good ability to predict the behavior of an object, animal or system-and therefore may, in some sense, understand it-without necessarily being familiar with the concepts or theories associated with that object, animal, or system in their culture. They may have developed their own distinct concepts and theories, which may be equivalent, better or worse than the recognized standard concepts and theories of their culture. Thus, understanding is correlated with the ability to make inferences.😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hey great videos! Looking at your website and wondering the best course for a teacher that wants to create explanations and maybe make some KZbin videos explaining concepts?

Thanks! If you've already got some experience with drawing or sketchnoting, you could hop right into How to Make Sketchnote Videos. If you're newer to the world of visual thinking, it would probably be better to start with An Introduction to Visual Note-Taking. If you know you want to work digitally, then starting with Digital Sketchnoting could be a good fit since I discuss how to make videos using a tablet as well as generally getting set up with that type of toolset. Hope that helps! You can always switch from one course to another if you realize it's not a good fit.
