That's the whole vibe I got from them in the show. I mean Adams jacket literally looks like a stereotypical football jacket, and Lutes uniform looks like a Cheerleader. They literally are just the stereotypical Chad and Stacy high school bullies. They also are shown having come back from a fast food place just like you would expect from a standard high school movie.... They are the cool kid bullies. They are endearing though because of how supportive they are of each other. Like when they go into bully mode they hype each other up which I think most people would find endearing because it's actually really rare to see people that in synch in real life.
