Thanks Jurgen. I've been using the Happiness Door for about 5 weeks now in team days, workshops, presentations and training. It has been very well received and many others are taking it up and using it too. Your video was shown in Bali to a multicultural audience, some of whom are taking it to use in their own countries. I have personally found it very useful and it has improved some of my sessions.

So the video is about receiving timely and transparent Feedback (assumes worthwhile context and ambition), processing it effectively, whilst all the time acting with a commitment of being larger than yourself i.e. serving some greater purpose.

I just did the Management 3.0 course here in Porto Alegre (Brazil) and figured out that a tool I'm applying in the organizational level (management!) could be a management 3.0 tool :-D here is what I am talking about: pt.slideshare.net/cristianobasso/agiles-2015-feedback-wall I am coordinating the event you will talk down here (at Tecnopuc), so if you get interested on how I applied this at HP I will be glad to share my experience.
