Sir McKinsey also offers excellent movement within the company. An engineer trying to move to consulting roles can go there. OR an engineer planning to do an MBA should also consider McKinsey as they have lots of internal training and if one gets a good college McKinsey gives sabbatical option for the candidate to lean and join back the firm. So, I would say it depends on the personal objectives of the candidate.

This is try Rudraksh. definitely company like Mckinsey offers all kind of stuff. However Engineer and management consultant are two different aspects.... Engineer till he becomes consultant(and its difficult due to the nature of work), is still a second class citizen within company...

Hi Sir, First of all, Thank you so much for your video. I have been searching for a long to find out a video about this topic. I am from a core Accounting and Finance background, Now Move to consult for banking and finance. It is more like an IT consultant. Could you make a video for a Finance consultant and what are the glowing opportunity as such?

Boundries are blurring between these roles. Technology is bridging the gap.. It opens up new opportunities for non IT guys. Good for you

Dear Sir , May i have your view on IBM vs Accenture , that too in SAP domain ? Which one is better to choose for a lateral joiner ?
@BingeLearn3 жыл бұрын
IBM IT services segment is in a problem. No growth, no opportunity , tired employees bcoz they have not seen career moving.. IBM is aiming for mid single digit growth in medium term while accenture is growing in double digits at the moment.

@@BingeLearn Sir I think it's the reason they are hiring many skilled resources. Its spin off Kyndryl is offering like anything. It's their services division only right?

Sir my question is ????? Is it good to become management consultant ? Is tech companies required consultant but i dont have interest in coding and dont know about it!
@BingeLearn2 жыл бұрын
@@Panditponga53 amazing. Frankly you don't need my advise. At your age I never dared to think like you. You don't need any coding at all. To be a good management consultant you need problem solving ability backed by good education. You have both in abundance. And I am sure you will find your path to success.

Sir.. for big4 you mentioned to have a place in IT technology consulting but again saying we will be second class citizens there.. I didn't get it clearly sir.. can you please brief out
@BingeLearn3 жыл бұрын
So big 4 has lot of business like accounting, auditing, risk analysis, management consulting and also technology consulting. You are first class citizen in technology consulting but in others your job is to support other functions.

Hi Sir, I am working in Infosys as a Technology Lead and I got offer from KPMG in Advisory as a Assistant Manager. Will it be a good move?
@BingeLearn2 жыл бұрын
i hope its IT advisory . being in IT advisory you would be working for customer not internal teams who are proving consulting support. which can happen in risk advisory, accounting or others. you will have to check with HR which segment of KPMG are you going to be part of.

Hello Sir, Can you make a video on LTI vs Accenture, since both are hiring large number of employees since the last 4-5 months. Main key differences could be 1. Salary 2. Attrition 3. Future 4. Company stats 5. Which company to choose as a lateral etc.

@@BingeLearn thank you Sir! Btw.. I got an offer for LTI and Accenture, should I switch to one of these companies? If yes, which one should I choose? If no, please share some light on why.
@BingeLearn3 жыл бұрын
you should choose LTi if offer is 20-30% better. do remember what I have said in the video. else Accenture is better choice . its 25 times the size of LTi in terms of revenue

@@BingeLearn thank you. Actually I was concerned about the job security at Accenture. Would it be safe to plan a 2 year term at this company? Also if you could share some light on who(how much experienced employees) are the maximum effected when Company fires employees at Accenture annually. (Except people on bench)
@BingeLearn3 жыл бұрын
you've got a wrong impression of Accenture. comparatively between LTI and Accenture, Accenture is 50 times safer... you can plan whole life with Accenture not just 2 years... so relax... Accenture is not known for firing like that.
