My mother has endometriod adenocarcinoma with grade 2 stage 1B , 50% more than myometrial invasion but no metastasis in lymph nodes...so what type of treatment need for how many days ? Please reply me mam🙏

This stage is early stage disease with a good outcome with proper treatment. Removal of uterus, both tubes & ovaries is the primary surgery for this. In most of the cases, post operative radiotherapy can be considered. Please take advise frim a speciality cancer hospital. At these hospitals, plan of treatment is jointly decided by surgeon, radiotherapist & chemotherapy specialist. Please complete the treatment as per the advise. It will not be a very lengthy treatment, taking only few months. Endometrial early stage cancer responds very well to treatment.

@@arunkumardash7090 Each cancer is different and each person's response to treatment also differs. Please do not think negatively. Take treatment from a specialist and follow the advise.

In young female with age 32 yrs Hysteroscopic endometrial biopsy was done for HMB HPe came out ro be endometriod endometrial adenocarcinoma. She is nulliparous. What will be the further management for this patient. 🙏

Fertility preservation is only for Grade 1 endometrioid carcinoma and that too with no myometrial invasion. So see the grade and rule out myometrial invasion by MRI. Otherwise go for ovarian preservation with possible surrogate pregnancy as per the counselling.
