I'm in my 8th day of recovery from bmg urethroplasty and doing very well. No issues so far and the recovery so much better than my iou recovery last year. Just a minor discomfort at the graft area. My surgeon performed Kulkarni technique urethroplasty. Thank you sir for your effort on inventing the technique and shared it to others around the world. By the way I'm from Malaysia n has been suffering with urethral stricture for around 19 years before being diagnosed last year after urine retention.

Normal urine flow should be like min 250ml u shuld pass in one urination and should pass 10 to 15 ml per sec

@@deeaay9129 hey there, this is a structural problem , so no MEDICINE can cure it, only option is surgery . Best among the different surgical procedure is BMG urethroplasty with more than 85% success rate. In case you are having a Stricture ,get the surgery done at the earliest and my suggestion would be that You must get it done by Kulkarni Sir only ,who does around 500 complex surgeries every year

@@deeaay9129 Normally in adults the average flow is 20 ml/sec ,and Max flow may even go up to 50 ml/sec or more . In strictures the flow can reduce drastically even upto 5 ml/sec ,3 ml/sec. Besides flow rate, what is more important is the total amount voided and amount of retention .. The larger the retention volume, higher is the risk of Kidney damage. But don't worry about all these get yourself checked up by Sanjay Sir at the earliest . Best of luck 🤗😊
