Superb playing. I love Alessio's be-bop lines and phrasing. I only wish I had his fluency on guitar. This an outstanding trio of world-class musicians at the top of their game. Breathtaking.

Alessio ha una tecnica impeccabile, dimostra gusto della nota e ha rispetto della tradizione. Riproposizione del classico trio organo/chitarra/batteria. Fraseggio di chitarra mai ridondante e fine a sé stesso. Questo è un (raro, ormai) esempio di jazz "modern mainstream" che però a differenza di Kreisberg, Rosenwinkel, Van Ruller e altri contemporanei, viaggia sui binari meravigliosi del divertissement: godimento e piede che batte sia per chi suona che per chi ascolta. Bravissimi anche gli altri due. Chapeau.
