Now a days story is opposite of this. Its very difficult to retain juniors they have lots of option. Even if there are deadline, they go on leave. On Release also same kind of behavior. Table sides have already changed, its getting difficult for experienced guys job and juniors have multiple offers of high salaries, they are getting multiple offers but not learning skills. After 2009 recession lots of thing changed, no of years of experience to get promoted to Manager increased and now lot many MNC companies have established their centres in India itself and they are keeping flat structure so less number of manager and senior manager and also giving same salary which they were giving abroad are providing in India so its becoming difficult for Indian companies to survive.
