Well unless there is a video of the encounter, it is her word against his so technically it won't destroy his business, on the other hand, he seems to have a habit of doing this so more people would come forward with their stories. In real life people would forget about it after a while and not know who to believe unless there is proof.

@James 1998 I took a weed eater to a repair shop to get a gas line replaced. The guy done a tune up, changed the muffler and the gas tank, with out letting me know. Charged $85 for repairs. Would not come off the price even though I didn't authorize them. I paid for the repair, told the owner that I would let everyone in the area about his business practices and within 6 months he was out of business. Word of mouth does count in hurting businesses.

Awe😥🫂oh my goodness I am so sorry this happens and sorry if this video triggered any unwanted feelings towards all of you 😥😥😥😥There is no room for hate we can only fight it with love and kindness. Everyone deserves the same respect I can understand your frustration and why this is upsetting its wrong and not okay to discriminate in any circumstances. just treat everyone with respect love and kindness and you will have nothing to worry about. I am actually Autistic so i have had my share of being disrespected soley on my disability it doesnt feel good. This makes me sick that the world is like this with so much hate its absolutely disgusting and should not be tolerated. I respect everyone regardless as long there kind and caring thats all I care about. I am sorry anyone has to deal with being disrespected or experience feeling this unwanted or not respected so much no one deserves this😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥 I cant say how sorry iam and say sorry enough that this happens i am so sorry. I worked in customer service for years before I retired. I treated everyone fairly and evenly. No matter who they were or the color of their skin. I respected our customers. And if a car sales person did this, he/she would not be working in the lot after that. Most of them get a commission on sales per car and sometimes plus hourly pay rate.

Bob Sharkey does a grand job in showing us the WRONG way to run a car dealership. Judging someone by their looks is more like an express ticket to jail. If a customer catches you doing anything that inappropriate, your dealership can easily lose business and it's a good way to being forced to close. And if the government catches you doing anything like what Bob did as a car sales manager did, the fun is soon over.
