Absolutely!. Take care of the energy and life's meetings. It costs, but in any case, for me, it is worth it. Maybe I don't feel that way the days after my trip in life, but now I have great memories. And the tough recovery is forgotten. So drive

Seb, you look radiant today. We love that you were able to enjoy that Friday. You will recover from that fatigue. How good you have allowed yourself to enjoy. Not everything in your life has to be a protocol and it is ok from time to time to go out of the way to feed other areas of your life. You are still very young and you deserve it. Proud of you. Peace.

Hello, my name is Sonja, I have had MS since 2009 and I am from the Netherlands. I followed the Walls protocol for 3 years and it did indeed make me feel better, but not yet good enough, and then I Switched to overcoming MS by George Jellinek and since then I feel much better and much fitter and have been stable for years. Besides being good for yourself, it is also good for the animals And the environment. I wish you all the best for the future.

We must weigh the possible consequences of overextending ourselves, regardless of what our physical problems are. If we decide that grabbing those days, those hours, those minutes are worth it, then they are. It's a spiritual existence here, and we have to have times of feeling joy, happiness, energy and having friends with whom to enjoy it. If we shut ourselves away all the time, life can become a drudge. Having a disability of some kind doesn't mean we must stop living. Sometimes we should just push ourselves as long as it is safe and we are enjoying it.

Put the "FU" (to MS) in FUN whenever you have the chance! 😍. It's a shame we know we will pay the price whilst others take these moments for granted but it helps our mental health to feel "normal". So glad you had strength to enjoy your time Seb! 🧡. Love to all from CT, USA

Life is a journey, and it should be lived at full. Preserving energy by not doing things you want to, just because living "too hard" might stress the body in the future, it's not worth it. Not with a degenerative disease like MS. We shouldn't try to live "as long as possible" but instead try to enjoy all we can, while we can. That is what I think it's best for us. And this is what I should start doing instead of laying in bed all day depressed because of this diagnosis.

I also overdid it yesterday too in walking in DC with guests from Europe. 3mi walking in 90deg Heat, humidity, and barometric pressure. Taking my Adderall but forgetting to put on my contacts (helps me with dbl vision issues). When I got home was cooked. Physical fatigue, mental Fatigue, but didn't have cog fog though. Went into AC to cool off my core temp but overshot and ended up shivering in the Smithsonian museums. Then back out in the heat to go to the restaurant. Got home. Took some canibus gummies and laid awake till after midnight and woke early to get the dog out. So we all can overdo it on occasion. Make peace with yourself and when possible be kind to yourself.
