Managing Risks in Project Business

Where should we capture the project business risk. Can I include it as a part of Business case

Yes, but... Project business risks should be identified as part of your business case development, including both threats and opportunities, along with assumptions, constraints, dependencies etc. All this should be recorded as part of the business case. But you also need to keep your risk assessment up to date as things proceed. So existing project business risks must be reviewed and updated, some will be closed and new risks will be identified. This should be recorded in the Business Risk Register, and reviewed on a regular basis.
