Stephen, As you mentioned, as your teacher and counselor for many years, I was totally impressed with how you handled the art show. You looked comfortable in your skin this year, where in prior years you held yourself a bit more rigid. I enjoyed seeing your photo, the photos submitted by your family members and the entire show was quite good. Congratulations to you for participating, another milestone crossed! Perhaps the dilemma of getting tired so early on occasions like this will eventually shift. 🎉👏🏻💐

I really liked all three of your photos. You diffinately have a talent. I really liked the stairs going up. I would frame that one. Glad you were part of the event and did so well.

Hi Stephen, wonderful work, your portraits are beautiful! In response to your tiredness, I know that you drink coffee/caffeine. Caffeine blocks the neurotransmitter adenosine which makes the body relax and tired. If you drink caffeine first thing it prevents the brain from clearing this out during the morning, when your cortisol is highest, which keeps us alert during the day. Instead it clears it later in the day when caffeine wears off making you tired. Not sure if I explained that well. But, to the point, you should try drinking coffee no earlier than 90 mins after waking allowing your natural cortisol to wake you up and the night's adenosine to clear. Also, I know your medication likely makes you tired. But this might just help, it did for me! 🙂✌️
