Thanks for the video Steve, very helpful. You mentioned the email app tool is one you recommend, do you have a list somewhere of all your recommended tools?

I'm a minimalist and use "unsubscribe" as an email filter. All emails with "unsubscribe" in the body get archived and get labeled "Unimportant." I get no ads or newsletters in my main inbox. The only things I've missed are Evites and Ecards, and have now created another label for invites and greeting cards. If there are specific newsletters you don't want to miss, say from "Dottotech," you could create a label called "To Read"?

hello Mr Dotto. You mentioned a few years ago an application that finds all email addresses from the emails account, even if sent to you or other receivers ( cc or c) Do you recall this application? thank you in advance
