Manah Shodhanam is an original Sanskrit composition of Swami Tejomayananda.
In Sanskrit, manah means mind and shodhanam means purification. Purification of mind is a prerequisite to gain Self Knowledge. Impurities of mind is the cause of our sorrow and agitation.
