January snow can be seen in Manali town itself. But Rohtang pass is closed. September pleasant climate to travel and for snow you can go to Manali

Sir, generally snowfall starts from mid october in Manali. Every year, Rohtang pass will be closed entry after Oct 15th till May 15th. But the dates are not fixed as it depend on the amount of snow.
