Manikaran is a very famous Shiv Mandir, ancient then gurudwaara. The hot water spring in gurudwara is from shiv mandir & the food (langar) served in gurudwara is baked at hot spring in shiv mandir. Have a deep study about it.

I noticed u say in almost every video of Manali in Chandigarh that Chai is very watery and sweet. I can tell u that in himalayan regions/ hilly areas in North most like sweet tea and watery well I am from Delhi and I do like my Chai watery too must be Punjabi touch in me or like u said north people like watery. Personally I think every north Indian prefer strong tea. Health wie it is good to drink less milky/creamy beverage (tea or coffee).
