@@goodone331 . Yes .it is not that easy. Shall I give a crude example. If I buy a gadget from a thief or chor bazar, I am at risk always as the police can confiscate it. I have paid its full cost and bought it in good faith. Yet ,police have the right to take it from me. In the law it is called the " title of the property". If the title is not in order, you cannot pass the correct title to the buyer. It is a universal law. Many times we are deceived due to this defective title while buying properties. We are honest, innocent and paid it's value. Yet the title is important. Bank legal advisors , LIC agents etc have to bear vicarious responsibility. In our country corruption is rampant. Moneyed and wealthy people enjoy special status, though most of their earnings are illegal. It is a very unfortunate and ugly culture. Anyone can cheat others very easily. Most of the big houses are bought with illegal money. But the honest few are squeezed, heart broken when their hard earned property is found later like this . I was wondering not even a single town planning officers or revenue officer or irrigation engineer or panchayt president who gave the wrong certificate and clearances for this kind of construction is not yet committed suicide. They may be busy hiding their illegal wealth or bargaining with God's for help to tide away from their sins. I sympathise with all those innocent and honest buyers
