Homes costing 10x the median annual income is wild! I think there's 2 things that have to happen to fix this! First, we have to increase the supply, and not the supply of luxury homes! Second, Buyers have to lower their expectations.

That's a good question @mexicanbeachbumtv, it's not one that I'm an expert on though (no video either). I know it is done through Fraud, so ensure you have a robust title insurance policy that covers fraud and perhaps use identity theft protection services to alert you of suspicious activities involving your personal information.
