This is by far the best video of how to pick up at T2. Thank you for sharing it was clear with added help/reminders, e.g. to collect a token on entering the multi storey car park ( there are pay points to pay for parking on the ground floor) Pick up parking is on this ground level - Level 0. Signs direct you to the Terminal but you can wait in the car park or walk through to the Terminal 2 arrivals if you prefer (toilets are in the terminal) Thank you Galler

I just back from a family holiday, and I had to drop a line about them. Was a tad anxious about leaving the car at Manchester, but these folks were brilliant. The booking? Easy peasy. The price? Made me look twice, in a good way. The staff were like old mates, always there with a friendly nod or a bit of banter. The shuttle was quicker than I expected, a real godsend with the kiddos in tow. Found the car just as I'd left it, maybe even a bit shinier. Hats off to EzyBook, they've got this parking thing down to a fine art.
