My favorite season! After an embarrassing and depressing 15/16 season, Conte came in started slow but once we got going no one could catch us! Eden, Costa, Willian, Kante, Alonso, Moses, JT's last title. Some great memories and moments like this 1-3 and the 4-0 thrashing of United. And that kit is just gorgeous, thank you Adidas!

This game is all about Fabregas. Keep an eye on him for all 3 goals, he is either directly or indirectly involved. 1st goal - Pin point pass to Diego Costa 2nd goal - Plays the ball onto Hazard from a congested Penalty area, allowing Hazard, Costa and Willian to break fast. Man City has a lot of men in Chelsea penalty area 3rd goal - passes the ball onto Alonso and tells him where to pass.
