Running a marathon for the first time - man was it hard! But it can honestly be one of the most life-changing experiences to complete!
Manchester has been amazing and so supportive along the way!

Hey Mark. You did so well I have only run one marathon in my life and it was in Berlin and also walked in the end but I finished and got the medal but man its toughYou are also tough and in trai ning I RA 20 MILES 12 times. How many did you run ? I walked also afterwards which you dont think you can when you are running the last kilometers- you feel so tired. BUT Mark you are a True star on my morningsky with the moon shining down on this earth. Inga 😍

Aw you are so kind Inga, thank you so much for your comments! Yeah training was also tough - I used a program by Ben Greenfield who is a biohacker and triathlete, and has an amazing podcast. But this marathon will not certainly be the last!

Ooh good question. GNR had hills in the middle but Manchester had less steep hills at the end where your legs are tired already! I'm gonna have to go for Manchester! This may be an unpopular opinion!
