The biggest fear I have right now is that the club makes this transformation too quickly. We have seen in Chelsea the problems of making so many changes and so even if 18 players need to leave, if we do that, and change manager, the club will go down further, and the new signings made will become the new Mudryk/Enzo... regardless of their actual quality. Something to bare in mind for those of you wanting to clean house asap.

I pretty much agree with most of this to be honest. The only change I’d probably make is if we can keep varane for another year or two but get his contract down to £200k (he’s currently on £340k) and then do the same for Casemiro, get his wage down to £200k (from £350k) but renegotiate it so that it’s not a new contract, it’s just until the end of his current contract. I feel keeping Casemiro as someone who can mentor Kobbie would be huge

The biggest issue some people tend to have with Bruno is that he complains a lot, yet the most successful captain we've ever had was Roy Keane- a man who could start an argument in an empty room. Rashford is definitely borderline but my hunch is that he'll still be here in a couple of years time. The fact there's so few players you could confidently say will still be here speaks volumes for how much money we've wasted since Sir Alex retired

First Eleven, not sure of Onana. But Shaw, Dalot, Bruno, Rashford, Hojlund will be there. Garnacho will start again as Rashford backup unless he’s still underperform like this year. For first eleven we will need World class right wing, Centre Mid maybe 2 and CB. If we can got Frimpong/Dumfries to replace AWB will be a great addition. For left back it becoming difficult for us since Malacia, Shaw keep injured. Maybe need another one. My choice; 1. Backup Striker - either young or old one (Tel/Morata/Gimenez/Vhalovic) 2. Right Winger - Raphinha/Olise/Sane 3. Def Mid - Neves/Palacios/Douglas Luiz 4. Centre Mid - De Jong/Paqueta/Koopmeiner 5. Centre back - Scalvini/De Ligt/Silva/Inacio 6. Realistically speaking the selling of the players mentioned should occur by the middle of July so that the manager can work with players that he wants. The same goes for incomings as getting 75% of players you want by then is key. Unfortunately, United haven't acted decisively in the market for nearly two decades. Remember that the likes of Berrarda and Wilcox dont start working until the week of July. Brailsford signed players like Barkley Ramsey Pépé and Schmeichel at Nice. Lastly, keep in mind the homegrown quota and that no matter who they sign or sell, they will never be able to satisfy every single fan or KZbinr .

I agree with majority of your list here, my only changes would be Onana to Def, Rashford to Drf but agree with your PSG call here, Fernandez to Maybe and Antony to Maybe as well. Personally think he could have a proper adaptation and find his best form to carry on. Fernandez, mainly cos the slot for a LB is open now, Onana because with a proper stable defence we all know the kind of GK he really can be. Too much turmoil at the moment to really say but here's to hoping for the better

It's abit premature to think of who'll be here after the summer going into next season cos I honestly believe majority of this squad I'd easily get rid of but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Only definites for me are Mainoo, Garnacho & Rasmus. Martinez of course but injuries need to be factored in. Amad i like but he is not getting any chances, so we can't judge him. The rest - wouldn’t shed any tears if they were moved on. Dalot in fairness has come on, but i still dont think he has the quality. And if we are rebuilding, then we need to recruit the best as much as possible

I think the problem with players under 20 is that they experience burnout and become useless. This has been a common issue among Barcelona's players. Players like Pedri and Gavi won the Kopa Trophy, which is the equivalent to balloon d'or for young players. Nowadays, they struggle with injuries. I believe at least Mainoo and Garnacho shouldn't play more than 3 games per month to avoid these potential problems.

It’s more about who stays than who goes. Who is staying? Hojlund, Garna, Amad(???), Mainoo, Lisandro (if he can be fit), Mount (if can stay fit), Dalot as back-up RB. After that some of our u21/18 grads will stay - Lacey, Amass, that Russian-heritage kid etc. first team will be totally gutted.

Martinez has been useless in the EPL. His record is appalling. Our defence got better when Varane and Martinez went out injured last Spring. Fact. Nobody seems to actually watch the games. From what I've heard. - Gary O'Driscoll came in last year form Arsenal as head doctor and will have an elevated role and more control moving forward. - Part of that will be staff changes as the senior physio has already left but that was already planned. - INEOS will review and share medical resources and knowledge - My personal opinion; I think there's only so much the medical department can do because these players play too many games and don't rest in the summer. Most of the league struggles with injuries as well so I don't think this is a United specific issue either

Put Mount under the "Maybe" category. McTominay should be a "No". A lot of change will happen depending on who INEOS want as the Manager to lead the team forward. There are players who are not wanted by Ten Hag but a new manager might favour them.

The Problem with the current United Supporters is most are still living in the SAF years, I've supported United for 51 years I've seen Teams a lot worse than the current one, now I know this Team and Manager are pretty poor, as their is a lot more media scrutiny and money at stakes these days, but the bottom line is the Team has to be winning, that has been lost under the Glazers and several Managers, hopefully the new owner will get us going in the right direction again.

Makes absolutely no sense to put your starting goalie and his back-up in the maybe pile, when we have other critical needs and we are severely limited by the Fair Play Spending rules. Spending money on new goalies would be extremely dumb at this moment!

Sorry Sam but this is a very wrong way to look at transfer priorities, as a process of elimination, the better way to do is make atleast a 4 tier listing, and fixing the floor, even for a 2 year target, almost all the maybes in your list are definitely going to be here in next 2 years, simply because there are so many spots we need to fill and make a squad first. We first need to complete the squad, and then upgrade the players, right now, we don't even cover all the archetypes required for an effective squad. Ideally we will start with the defenders, and a no6 for next transfer window, once we complete the squad, then we will remove players that are simply out of favours because people hate them. A rebuild in perfect sense takes few windows with right people analysing recruitment, and I don't want to see Chelsea like en masse change which destroys the continuity.
