Once I got both TSW games & started playing the Northern Transpennie Route set in 1983 I immediately loved Manchester Victoria Station, when I started to like Trams again especially the Manchester Metrolink at the time, when I played TSW 2 Northern Transpennie Route I always stayed at Manchester Victoria Station & Manchester Victoria Station is my favorite station. Happy Birthday.

Happy birthday Colin. What a brilliant video, I was born in '63, so as a child I remember the station in the 70's. It to me always seemed to be a dark depressing place, but always busy with different classes of locomotives. The simulation is a fantastic representation of the station as I remember it. love all your videos. 10/10.

Thank you, David. I agree with you. The weather was a personal choice, My Manchester Victoria was always dark grey and rainy, I could have had it sunny but it just felt wrong.

Its called Train sim world by dovetail games. They've done all the hard work, I've mearly recorded myself playing the game.

Mint that mate. Remember me mam and sisters taking me for day trips to Blackpool, Southport if I recall correctly. From 1978 onwards. I remember the big clock and the old ticket gates. Also the massive ‘check ya weight’ machines. Happy days. Thanks

THE STEPS AND OVERBRIDGE ARE INACURATE ,,, it was a subway between platforms at man vic ,, the overbridge was closed to passengers and was staff only served by lifts for parcels
