Quick governor bypass is to zip tie the spring so it doesn’t expand. Quickest way to bypass it. Also I believe the rear sprocket is 80 tooth and its stock on these. Sweet bike man. I have one but it’s completely stock with it’s original tecumseh 3.5hp engine
@dylanmoore10064 жыл бұрын
Oh nice that you have the original engine, Im currently selling it but not if I can't get more than 350 since it's a rare unit.
@srcobra504 жыл бұрын
Dylan Moore I got mine for 330. I’m sure you can get 400 for it

I have one with a ssr front end welded on. Rides pretty good. The 212 is nuts but it’s a good runner

stock 212 with a 63 tooth rear sprocket...41 mph, i clocked mine today
@dylanmoore10066 ай бұрын
Eventually, I found a 53 tooth on amazon, It took away all the bottom end, but I was reaching just shy of 60mph. I'd do it again
@americanman08245 ай бұрын

Hey idk if you’ll see this but what harbor freight tires and wheels were you using?
@dylanmoore1006 Жыл бұрын
I sold the bike, but I remember the wheels did look like they came from harbor freight. I wanna say they were 10" wheels.

How long is the chain??
@dylanmoore1006 Жыл бұрын
I sold the bike. It was nearly a whole 140 link chain from what I recall. Size was 420

My chain keeps breaking have no idea why
@dylanmoore10062 жыл бұрын
keep some slack on your chain and get a racing chain. You should have about 2-3 fingers of play.

Did you have to make new mounting holes to fit the 212? Or use original ?
