This mandarin paste can be added to any sweet baked goods: panettone, brioch, buns and tolls.

🍊Mandarin Paste🍊
1. Weigh mandarins, wash them, and cut them into pieces.
2. Add an equal amount of sugar to the weight of mandarins.
3. Add 1/4 of the mandarins’ weight in water.
4. Boil until all the sugar is dissolved, and the liquid evaporates and thickens.
5. Pulse in a food processor.
6. Strain through a sieve.
7. Refrigerate until needed.
