Glad you and your family are safe! Language learning definitely takes a backseat in situations like this, and it's a double blessing that it also helped give a break from that burnout feeling. Sending thoughts and prayers to all of those who suffered because of the hurricane damage 🙏🏻

I'm so glad you're okay!! When I heard it was going North and all that devastation, I definitely was thinking of you and your family. It's so awful what happened, and just how long it will take to recover, if some can even recover at all. We had 4.5 feet of water come into our garage, but thankfully our house is upstairs. My dad lost most all of his tools, a fridge, and other things, but we're all alive and safe and have a home to stay in. A lot of our neighbors can't say the same. It's horrible. But anyway, I'm glad you had some time to reflect and give yourself a little break (even if it was forced ^^; ) Hopefully the rest of this year brings us all only good news going forward

Congrats! Was watching Xiaoma and thought, I'm subscribed to that guy!! But not for this channel, your Appalachian tourism channel. Where has it gone, I can't seem to find it any more?

I've just not uploaded there in a while. It's honestly been somewhat hard getting people on board with filming.
