I like the way that proper names (names of people, places, etc.) in the pinyin subtitles start with an upper-case letter. Many websites do not do it this way, and it's confusing for us foreign learners to see these words in all-lower-case. I got so fussy, I found two exceptions: 圣诞节 shèngdànjié >> Shèngdànjié = Christmas 汉字 hànzì >> Hànzì = Chinese characters (Han characters)
