Good video man, one small critique; the subtitles were incredibly distracting, and they were changing so fast it was a little painful to look at. And since they just appear to be automated voice to text, I don't see the benefit versus just letting us enable the automated closed captions built into youtube.

Yes indeed they are special 😂😂😂 They finally get to eat real food and drink real water. I wouldn’t be surprised if they run away.

18 already ran away.

Oh man full circle now! Russian pilots helped in the korean war and now the koreans are helping in a Russian war. Smh things are not looking great for Russia, this "quick" war sure is taking a long long time for them to win. 😂

Another one who doesn’t understand Russia could end Ukraine in less than a week. Russians circled the Ukrainian capital, and were about to take it, but the Ukrainians promised to accept demands if Russians moved away from it. Russia did, but Ukrainian government didn’t keep its word, and now years later the Ukrainians are suffering.

Ok to play devils advocate: NK hasn't engaged in combat since the Korean War, so we don't know how they will fare in a combat environment. They could surprise the hell out of everyone, or they will be a soup sandwich like everyone expects....never underestimate your enemy

I already saw an article about 18 abandoning this week lol. I would say they'd do fine in defensive operations (maybe logistics) but wouldn't make it far on the offensive if I was a gambler (more opportunities to abandon lol)

Professional militaries operate with strategic humility. Assume your enemy is better trained, better equipped, better led and extremely devious and you won't make the mistake of complacency. What we know from escapees is that they are brainwashed and unpredictable.

So North Korea is entering a war which is nothing to them…. Moral in those troops must be stellar

I am wondering if this is going to backfire once the North Koreans go back home. Right now they do not know much about the outside world, but that is a lot of people that will soon become disillusioned, so will they be able to sit quietly once they get back home, or are they expected to never go back home? It would not be hard to remove people and tell their families they died heroically, or if they do well the NK government could keep renting them out as mercenaries.

That was brought up in a news article I had read the other day too. It will be interesting to see how it plays out, unfortunately.

Didn't one of the NK sof guys defect a few years ago by driving one of their copies of a jeep to the DMZ. If I remember correctly, he was shot while trying to escape, and SK SF guys pulled him to safety. I remember it was a big deal because he was some type of SF, and the guy had a really bad tape worm infestation. I think they said he had almost every type of parasite a person could have, and they were shocked how malnourished he was, being he was sf.

I mean, pretty sure North Korean special forces would be better supported by Russia than NK themselves, so I guess in their eyes its an upgrade

All I know is that in North Korea, springtime is known as the starvation season. Because that's when they run out of food, and birds, and rats are less abundant to subsist on. That's what these guys are fighting for, to help their oppressors buddy. Lil Kim woves his daddy Pootin. More than he loves his own people.
