అన్న గారు మీరు 1982 నుంచి నేటి వరకూ, జరిగిన ప్రస్తావాన్ని, చాలా సునిశిత దర్శకుడిలా, 70 MM తెరపై చూపారు. రామారావు గారి వ్యక్తిత్వ విశ్లేషణ వాస్తవం.ఆనాటి వాస్తవాలనూ,సామాజిక, రాజకీయ పరిస్థితులను యధాతధంగా చెప్పారు. మారిన ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణలో ,ధన ప్రభావం తగ్గే వరకూ ,అవినీతి,అక్రమాలు చేయలేని వారు, మంచి మార్పు వచ్చే వరకూ వేచి చూడటమే గౌరవ ప్రదం. గాంధీ గారే వచ్చినా ఆయనకూ ఈ బాధ తప్పదు .

The interview focussed on personal aspects of Mr. M. V. Rao and governance of of Mr. N. T. R garu and Mr. Nara Chandra Babu garu. Personal aspects of Mr. M. V. Rao are covered to a greater extent and his clean image and frankness in highlighting the truth is highly appreciable. Interview should have been focused on the administrative capabilities of Mr. NTR and CBN in general and CBN in particular. Conflict of interest between rural and urban population in the utilisation of Manjira water in mid nineties and how it led to the augmentation of drinking waters of twin cities from river Krishna in 2000 a decision pending since 1973. Reforms in public sector undertakings and power sector and how it led to the increase of e/w A. P. I fully endorse Mr. Rao's views on Mr. CBN's governance and believe CBN is honest and will be freed as long the present CBI is in the Supreme Court.

Addendum to my comment. Reforms in Public Sector under takings and power sector and how it has increased the e/w AP budget. An errata. Instead of CBI it should be read as CJI.

చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా నర్మగర్భంగా కొన్ని సత్యాలను దొర్లించారు మండవ. తప్పులను పూర్తిగా నెత్తి కెత్తు కోవటానికి ఇష్టపడని paternal effect. jeans ప్రభావం. అదే సందర్భంలో గుర్తించవలసిన విషయమేమంటే, దేశంలో ఇదే మొదటి కేసు కాదు. చివరి కేసు కాదు. ప్రజాస్వామ్య గణతంత్ర వ్యవస్థాగత విధివిధానాల మొట్టమొదటి అతిక్రమణను, ముక్తకంఠంతోసామూహికంగా ప్రతిఘటించి, నిరోధిస్తే, యంత్రాంగం నేరస్తుల స్థాయికి దిగజారి పోయే సాహసం చేసేవారు కాదు. మొట్టమొదట చట్టబద్ధత, విచక్షణ పరిధులు అన్నింటినీ అతిక్రమించి, రాజ్యాంగ శాసన నిర్దేశిత విధి విధానాల సమతుల్యత కలిగిన వ్యవస్థాగత నిర్వహణ విధానాలను ధ్వంసం చేస్తూ, పోలీసు వ్యవస్థ ప్రజాప్రతినిధులుగా గెలుపు ధృవీకరణ పొందిన వారి, అడుగులకు మడుగులు ఒత్తుతతూ,అక్రమంగా వ్యక్తులను నిర్బంధించిన మొట్టమొదటి సందర్భంలోనే, న్యాయవ్యవస్థ గాని, దేశం లోని ప్రజాస్వామ్య గణతంత్ర వాదులుగాని, అంతో ఇంతో మేధావులుగా గుర్తించబడిన వారు కానీ, సకాలంలో సవ్యంగా స్పందించి ఉంటే, వ్యవస్థ నిర్వాహకులు అరాచకంగా, వ్యవహరిస్తున్న ఈ దురాగతాలు ఇంత తీవ్రంగా అమలు జరిగేవి కాదు. తమ అభిమానులకు,తమ ఇష్టమైన వారికి సమస్య వచ్చినప్పుడు మాత్రమే స్పందిస్తున్న మేధావులు, ప్రజాస్వామ్య గణతంత్ర వాదులు, అందరూ తమ ధోరణిలో ఉన్న సంకుచిత బాధ్యతా రాహిత్యాన్ని, ఇప్పటికైనా సంస్కరించుకుని, సవ్యంగా స్పందిస్తే, వ్యవస్థ సంస్కరించబడి బాగుపడుతుంది.
