I have the leftward deviated mandible position but my right eye is actually more squinted than the left and has been my whole life. I wonder if that deviation from the norm is why no PRI techniques or exercises do anything for me or sticks in the long term. There desperately needs to be more clinics like Ron’s in Nebraska to treat these sorts of things, because typical healthcare providers and even PRC physical therapists just aren’t enough for a lot of people.

Right torsion here- can’t thank you enough for this info!! Have had tension in my eyes and flickering lights constantly for 10 years, really going to keep up the latero movement of that mandible and hope for some better days ahead!

Something else that you would consider in regards to mandibular positioning is side sleeping. Side lye tends to push the mandible to the opposite side being in that position for too long compared to the other side may cause imbalances which need remedy.

good point, when i side sleep i naturally change sides multiple times throughout the night subconsciously but consciously

That’s exactly what’s happening to me. I can’t tell what’s having the bigger impact, whether my head/jaw position on the pillow, or my pelvis/femur position. But my jaw and pelvis move during the night. If I stand up still, and move my jaw, my pelvis will follow, and the same vice versa. Any ideas? Lol.
