At 5:43 Ron says knee flexion, hip flexion and ankle flexion all happens at the same time. And for the ankle he goes “it’s also called plantar flexion”. Did he mean dorsi flexion instead? I thought plantar flexion teams up with the knee and hip extensions, am I wrong? Needed to double check in case I’m missing such a major point, thanks.

Thanks for the video. What is the reason to use a block here to stand on? Also, are we trying to actively engage the quads here? Sorry the audio is not too clear towards the the.

Wow fascinating. I have very similar femoral issue. Now in my 40s. I do a lot of yoga bc it’s imperative as it gets overly tight in my hips etc. I’m going to try this movement. Is massage or breathwork of rib cage ideal to break up the tension of trunk too?

Is this exercise alone able to help me reach full ZOA with my ribcage and pelvis stacked over each other or would I need to add other exercises as well? Thanks!

Such a great video. Waiting on tables for a living would cause me so much inexplicable calf and tendon pain. This explains why. And the exercise is helping tremendously.

Dear Mr Hruska Since our top and bottom teeth don't touch in our default/neutral state anyway, how does wearing a splint change anything? My feeling is that it only makes sense that removing an improper bite should only change things if our top and bottom teeth are in contact 24/7

I've seen some PRI techniques and I have a question: If the poas is too tight, can we do some stretching or just do a 90/90 PRI to shut that muscle down. In my mind, I don't want to stretch any muscle in my body because I feel like the more I stretch it, the more I get stuck in that muscle (e.g. psoas or thighs). So does PRI teach any stretching to make its muscles longer? thanks!

Thank you for sharing, I have a question, what would happen if a person with young age about 25 years old had their right lower jaw completely removed because of salivary gland cancer?

I've watched a few videos from the institute. In this particular instance, I am not sure what's going on though because I thought the idea was to address imbalance of the mandible. If "occlusion" is the problem, how..? is the idea here that one side of the jaw has more pressure built up and therefore shuts down flexibility, sensitivity of ipsilateral movement, and changes the center of gravity? Oh, I'm just thinking to myself now...yes, if you shut down the tension in the mandible with the mouth guard, then it makes sense that the nervous system would stop the inhibitions and therefore the body would regain better functioning. I guess, follow up work would involve releasing the tension in the jaw on one side and creating a more even, or flatter occlusion. Am I correct..? But what if through accident or whatever the jaw is unlikely to correct its misalignment..? Or are there remedies even then..? I guess I have to keep studying. Thanks for uploading. This is breakthrough stuff and an amazing testament to the Western analytical mode of thinking the relationships of body parts to each other via the nervous system. Genius..! ;)
