I've been listening to these two for a while now, and I just keep coming back for more. There is something about their sound, the songs, the great great instrumental work... all of it is just so sweetly wonderful it grabs hold of your heart and won't let go!

I just recently discovered this duo while looking up some Willie Watson tunes here on You Tube and SO very glad that I listened! This is simply gorgeous nay LUCIOUS material on all fronts: musically, lyrically and emotionally. I have ordered both cd's ( if there are more than two someone please correct me) from my favourite music store and am anxious to have them arrive and add Mandolin Orange to my library. Thank you for posting this and THANK YOU Mandolin Orange for sharing your talents! Keep up the splendid work and I'm glad that you signed with Yep Rock... a good label indeed!

Oddly I too just discovered this duo recently. For me, the thing that sets them apart from many similar acts is their harmony. Voices blend very well and their technique really compliments the style of songs. Very nice.

+mbsnyderc James Griggs NC luthier had Andrew doing some part-time work in his shop, where Andrew built this guitar with James' guidance. Reportedly Andrew tried his hand at a "sunburst" finish, and that didn't work out so well. Knowledgeable folks say it sounds great. Sounds great to me. HTH

@zjaypo7 жыл бұрын
Howard Mobley I go to this festival every year. This isn't a music video per se. All four days of the festival some artists choose to be interviewed and perform a few songs within arms reach of the music lovers. With 5 stages going at once you don't always get to see the bands you want...this is a second or only chance for some. Check out the other gladden house sessions. You won't be disappointed! If you don't care for the interview just "fast forward"
@SpeedyCorky7 жыл бұрын
you missed out BIG TIME
@michaeldematteis34096 жыл бұрын
How weird.you got that mad about a little interview.you're probably a guy that goes 100 to a red light.always in a hurry to get nowhere fast
@baysidewise6 жыл бұрын
Howard is a guy who thinks the world is here to entertain him. This is obviously a folk festival and an introduction to a great band. I don’t understand why would click on this video seeing it being a longer time line then a “music video”...idiot
