It would be 10 years since last UCS Slave 1, so exactly how long it was for the new UCS X-Wing, and it would fit current remakes of old smaller UCS sets in first half of the year, like X-Wing and now Tie Interceptor.

I would wait until next year. It made it's first main appearance in Revenge Of The Sith, and everyone is expecting LEGO to do a big 25 anniversary line next year for that movie. LEGO also loves doing sets based on Kashyyk so there's a good chance that it'll be remade next year.

So, I’ve been organizing my parts for the past few weeks, and I’ve realized that I have a lot of off-brand parts. I can usually tell them apart, but it’s near-impossible when it comes to tiles and I want to keep my Lego parts separated from my nob-Lego parts, so I was wondering if you had any advice on how to tell if tiled parts are official or not.

There's a logo on the bottom by the edge, same thing on the inverted tiles that go under plates. If it says LEGO then it's good, there's also usually a quality difference that you can feel. Good luck, I just did this with my collection too!
