I would definitely choose the UCS MTT, and a new dropship UCS set. I would include blue, red, and yellow with a lot of normal ones for the MTT, and the dropship a ton of clones. The MTT is definitely the one I want the most. I know you didn't ask me I just wanted to say that.

I'm no lego expert, but personally I feel like this figs should be mostly cheap to get for army building. It's better for cool figs to be in different sets, so you can get more, get them cheaper, unless we are talking about old figs like from the 1980s-early 2000s. Personally I rather spend less on figs I like( even if there suppose to be rare) rather then blow hundreds of dollars for figs I like. So I don't think that was a bad decision.

I'm a mechanical engineer and can answer the battle droid arm question. So in engineering we have something called lifecycles, and basically what that means is that a part can only withstand a certain amount of stress a certain amount of times. Whenever you clip an arm in, you are stressing it. So if a part isn't designed well, you can get things like super battle droid arms or 2008 bionicle joints breaking easily or over time. Hopefully the new arms are more reinforced.

🚨Help Needed🚨 Dear Members of the Lego Star Wars Community, I am trying to find this old Lego Clone Wars animation I haven’t seen in about 8-10 years and I haven’t been able to find it on KZbin so far. I cannot remember the title. It was this massive Republic v Sepratists battle and I remember being amazed that this kid had all the sets. It starts out with an opening crawl, then four clones on an outpost, only to be surprised by the massive droid army outside. The battle ends with the clone army being defeated and failing to save Yoda who is held in a gray jail unit. All seems lost until Indiana Jones arrives and somehow defeats the remaining separatists and General Grievous, afterward saving Yoda. There’s lots of humor throughout and I think it was from around 2008-2009, as the Clone Wars Yoda minifig is used but the old 2005 figure for Grievous. I remember other obscure things, like Grievous saying ‘just as Count Dooku predicted’ and Commander Fox dying on the 7667 Dropship set. Does anyone else remember this? Is it still on KZbin? as I looked though old Nostalgia playlists and can’t find it, I’ve also tried every title that would describe the video. Does anyone know the title or at least remember this as well? Much Thanks

AskMandR I was told by American Family as long as you have video evidence of your collection, if something were to happen, you can use your video to create your list of itemized kits. Also, if you get your legos appraised now, if something happened in 5 years, those sets could be worth way more and you’ll have to get it reappraised anyways. It’s similar to getting compensated for a bed, couch, clothes, etc. 👍🏻

Imma be honest, I’ve never experienced the super battle droid issue. I have some used ones and a pair of new ones from the 2015 hailfire droid, and I’ve never noticed any deterioration in them.

askmandr: did you ever think that for the endor chase diorama, lego chose to make the speeders using a lighter brown in order to stick out from the trees? looking at pictures the speeders are definately more brown than they are a dark tan. the best reason i can see for lego using the color is simply so the speeders wouldn't blend in with the trees.
