Fun fact, the technique of fixing broken things with gold is called kintsugi. We'd seen it in the sequels where Kylo repairs his helmet. Only not with gold. Its a really cool aesthetic for the storm troopers.

After seeing the republic bricks venator, it seems like it would’ve been really easy for Lego to have gotten rid of stickers completely in the ucs venator and just used brick built details. People would have been singing praises to them had they done this. Do they feel obligated to include at least SOME stickers in each set?

The point you cut yourself off on is one I can’t wait to see you make a video on ! I’m sure I know where you were going with it. That along with many other reasons is why after all these years I ultimately chose to collect lego star wars over halo mega construx, they’re entire line has been plagued with issues starting all the way from the factory and especially distribution, for years now. I hope lego never has issues like that, it kills the hobby for many.

Something that retires sooner, it's Hogwarts Express. Maybe you'll have more money in the future for the rest of these. As a HP fan, I would buy a Gringotts because the quality is better. As a train fan, I would buy a train. But it's static! The issue with the Star Wars is that the ships are all grey and depressing to build. Thankfully, Venator is brighter.

My dad used to put model cars together and he will display them in aquariums either old or new or glass or plexi glass aquariums they worked really well for the model cars and then I did it later on with like diorama Lego sets and stuff. So I suppose you could store a Vanneter in one of those, but those aren’t that cheap either. So I look for a glass aquarium cost you a couple hundred bucks especially for something that big.

Suggestion for clearing out your storage locker. Rent a U-HAUL truck for 1 day for about $100, get it all done at once, end your storage unit rental = money saved! :) Also saves wear and tear on your car.
