u shouldnt worry they will increase the ucs prices too so the normal sets cant reach its price but even now average people cant afford buying any ucs set so most of the people dont care ucs prices only a few people who are rich but they will buy it anyway

The XL-15 build is a banger. I bought a few to fit into Space theme moc's. Just omit some of the stickers, add a few colored tiles of your choosing to the wings, and pop in your favorite spaceman. Honestly, I could see this ship unofficially fitting into many themes including Star Wars.

Well considering they didn't make any this year, for the 20th anniversary, they probably never will. Clone Wars 2003 is not nearly as popular or remembered as any of the other major content pieces LEGO bases sets off of.

Going off your UCS ghost point, I think that if they did do it then the minifigures would probably be a mixture of rebels characters and Ahsoka characters. They would probably do it like the Death Star and UCS Falcon where it has minifigs from multiple appearances

The falcon wont retire. They have stated that. They say it might last another 5-10 years before they remake it. The designers said they want it to be a set that you can always put up. It will retire, but it will be replaced by another UCS falcon.

Ask Mandr: What do you think, how will Lego celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lego Movie next February (it was released back in February of 2014)? Will there be nothing, one-off d2c set, or a full on wave (or perhaps a cmf series)? And what would you personally like to see in potential sets? Me personally, it would be amazing if they did a wave of sets or a cmf series, but also represented other Lego movies that came afterwards to kind of honor the whole franchise. Maybe 3 sets and a d2c from the original Lego Movie, and then 1 set each for Lego Ninjago Movie, Lego Batman Movie and Lego Movie 2.

My LEGO collection has been steadily increasing over the years and as it gets larger I have begun to worry about the possibility of losing it (fire, theft, etc.). At what size should I begin to look at insuring my collection? I think it might be worth $4,000 or so to replace it currently.

i think it would be way better if they made different size stands like a 10 and 20 dollar stand, where for instance the 10 dollar one fits sets like yodas and obiwans starfighter and the 29 dollar one for things like the ghost and gunship

They should make the Grievous head for the helmet line. It's not his head, it's technically a mask so it should theoretically be able to be included, especially since they made the dark trooper helmet, despite it being entirely a droid with no human sentience

Piggy-backing off the Ghost question, if LEGO were to release a UCS Ghost, do you think it could be the first $1,000 LEGO set? At least for the past few larger UCS Star Wars ships (Razor Crest, Falcon), they've designed them to scale with minifigures. If they do that with the Ghost, it would be super large, and would probably require a higher price range to make possible.

AskMandR I have an idea to fix the helmet holes without removing them completely. Just ask Lego to put some black markings on the head where the helmet holes are. That way, it looks accurate to the clone wars and you can still put accessories

All the game renders of the coruscant gunship that I can find have single doors. The only ones with double doors I can find are fan made. Don't remember if there was one in the clone wars, as S5E18 is not the same coloration. It's just a regular gunship with spotlight attachments
