The Manduka pro lite yoga mat is a popular crowd favorite for yogis traveling from home to studio. The mat is easy to transport while still offering a lot of cushioning for joints (very helpful for yogis with sensitive knees) and is easy to clean due to its closed cell construction. In this review, I go over the specs and features of the yoga mat, give first impressions and review that mat after practicing on it without going through the break in process of salting and sunning the mat. Let's see if the mat is too slippery to practice on without breaking it in!
