I think financially she would be set if she would have quit acting. Tangled is a big franchise for Disney, it made a good amount at the box office and it still sells merchandise on a daily basis, plus on top of that the movie is shown on Disney channel.

She’s a very nice person. I met her once through a meet and greet. And being a die hard fan that I am, from the moment I heard candy on the radio(on the first day it actually was released), I was so star struck I couldn’t move, breath, think, or even talk. When I finally did the first and only thing that came out of mouth(without thinking) was, “can I hug you?” She s smile and said “yes.” Easily one of the greatest moments of my life.

I never knew who Mandy Moore was; I had heard her name but I don't really remember any of her music. (That could be because I was older in the 90s.) One of my sisters told me about "This Is Us" after the first episode and I watched it. I was immediately drawn to each and every character, the acting, the writing and premise of the series. The biggest surprise for me was Mandy Moore. Somewhere in the back of my mind, I knew she was a teenage pop star and I was ready to dismiss her acting. How wrong I was! Every actor in this show is outstanding but it was Mandy Moore who truly took my breath away. Her performances are astounding; never once do I see "acting", I only see Rebecca Pearson. Thank you Mandy for not walking away from acting and giving this show the chance and benefit of you.
