Knowing how Mandy was raised it makes so much sense why she struggles letting people in, I actually really love her character and seeing her gradually let Georgie and Mary and Meemaw in makes me happy I’m a big fan of this arc for everyone

I really hate Mandy’s mother. Her daughter is pregnant, and regardless of the unusual circumstances, she’d rather sarcastically point fingers, that being supportive. Mary even invites her to plan the baby shower, and despite being the least supportive, she attempts to hijack. I’m was so happy when Mandy “stood up” to her about her parenting. I also love Mary enjoying the moment, Brenda’ “damn” (very reminiscent of Penny) and Mandy’s acknowledgment of Georgie’s support.

Hi Cody I do not often comment here but I am always watching Young Shelson here . I do not miss an episode here . Even in the beginning when I had already seen most of the series I was still watching your channel on Young Sheldon. This is one of my favorite episodes when Mandy got Georgie's gift and Georgie told Mandy that she looked pretty..... that really got to me . When Mandy stood up for Georgie to her mother I was so proud of Mandy. You are right Cody..... Mandy's mother did have that coming and it was well served . It is painfully obvious that Georgie Loves Mandy but he knows that Mandy has made it clear that she wants Georgie to date other people and not feel weighed down or overwhelmed by being a young dad . That doesn't take away from the fact that Georgie has become a very responsible young man and is growing emotionally..... for me Georgie's character arc is one of my favorite things about Young Shelson. I still of course Love Sheldon's character arc and believe that he has shown maturity in steps..... I Love his whole family and even his grandma's boyfriend has helped Sheldon grow as a person . Seeing Sheldon being a positive influence on Mandy's brother was a really great moment as well. Thank you Cody for your channel .

I really enjoy your reactions, and I look forward to your new videos. I will say, however, that I disagree with some of your thoughts on the Mandy/Georgie situation. I definitely see where you're coming from and understand your side, but I feel a bit differently. I agree that Georgie is trying very hard and is a great guy, but I don't think that's a good enough reason for her to "give him a chance" when it comes to dating him. She was right; if there was no baby, she never would have seen him again. He was underage, but just BARELY meeting the age of consent in Texas. She should not have lied about her age to him, but her lie didn't reveal her to be a teenager. It takes two to make a baby, but I completely understand her reluctance on wanting to give him any chances and I think it's mature of her to give him the option to go date. She doesn't owe him anything, the same way no woman or man owes another person anything when it comes to any sort of romantic relationship. I'm not trying to start any arguments, just stating my opinion. I respect yours on the matter, even if we don't agree. I can't wait for the next video.
