Dimentio's Biggest Fan?

You might be surprised when I say that Color Splash and Origami King have made quite a few references to Super Paper Mario. One of the most interesting references was how Lemmy Koopa was written in Color Splash. He seems to emulate Dimentio's speaking pattern and borrow parts of his battle theme. I personally head canon that Lemmy is a huge fan of Dimentio (as the rest of us are).

My headcanon is that Lemmy saw Dimento perform at a circus one time when he was a kid, and he liked him so much that he decided he’d become a circus performer too. I can only imagine how heartbroken he was when Bowser told him that Dimentio was a psychotic monster who tried to destroy the universe.

I've got a hunch that ttyd and super paper mario both inspired a lot of undertale and deltarune, but I think I read somewhere that Toby Fox claimed that the similarities were all coincidences. Can't find that comment to save my life now, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Lemmy has used circus elements since before Dimentio existed. His first use of the circus ball was in Super Mario Bros 3 from 1988. Dimentio didn’t appear until 2007. If anything Dimentio is based on Lemmy

How? Huey directly ackowlages bowser was a victim who just wanted to have fun and the black paint is the true villain, but still goes to say bowser deserved getting beat up for everything he did. Huey Is also racist towards shy guys, and doesn't change his stance after the train ride where the shy guy tells mario that they are all basically slaves. Sticker star didn't have a good story because it didn't even try to have a story, color splash just spits on it's own story for no reason.

Theory Dimento used to be a clown a jester if you will and would go around demotions with his power one of this performances was in koopa kingdom or some where close to lemmey just so happens to be there and after the show and lemmy wants to be a star like him mimicking his speech patterns and time pass and dimento was doing a last act and it went terribly wrong but lemmy absorbed the chaos and thought it was good dimento was shock and ran away only to realize that it what people liked and if people liked chaos he would bring chaos thus around years go buy and he discovers count bleck’s team and then starts the event of super paper Mario

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that parts of Dimentio’s character theme is incorporated into Lemmy’s theme. The composers have made musical references to Super Paper Mario before, so this isn’t an isolated case. Though the rest is definitely in headcanon territory for sure.

They might be from the same series, but the composers are diffrent (but M&L and KH share the composer, tho). Especially considering how this didnt happened before. We didnt hear a Boo Manor theme cue at Poshley Heights, we didnt hear a Kolorado-related theme cue by his father's Bones, heck, we didnt hear ANY cues from SPM's OST in the Green Energy Plant! Why now this random never been seen rule applies? Because a clown and a jester shares a slighty similar music style?
