Chethan avare, I tried this recipe completely ( didn’t change anything) it was superb- very delicious, soft consistency and very satisfying. As I don’t get fresh avarekalu, I used frozen. Frozen avarekalu doesn’t have the nice smell or flavor, but I have learnt to live with it. Thank you 🙏🏼
