You are all so charming and you all have a great sense of humor! By the way, your English is VERY good and a heck of lot better than my Italian! We've (my wife and I) been following you all since X- Factor in Italy (though I was born and live in Canada lol), through all your performances and backstage chatter and interactions. Also through Eurovision and beyond. You are ALL a breath of fresh air in the music business! My wife thinks you're all great and we wish you all well and happiness in the future. Boy, does this sound sappy, (what an old fashioned word!) BUT it's all true lol. I was surprised when you said that you don't take calls after 9 p.m, as that's what my daughter has said for the last 5- 6 years! Small world. P.S. SO GLAD you don't share a lot of your personal lives on line etc.. It's much better and mentally healthier that way. The public loves you but they don't OWN you! Always remember that lol.

I suppose having a British accent did run the risk of becoming Julio Geordio (it's a British comedy character taking the piss out of the fact that a lot of international footballers from southern Europe and Latin America send up sounding weird because they play for clubs in the north of England and learn English with that local accent).
@onomatopoetisk3 жыл бұрын
I can relate to doing that. I often have the urge to mimic other accents because I like it, but I try to stop myself since people might think I’m making fun of their accent or something. Which is not my intention. I’m easily influenced, I guess. 😊
@EmoBearRights3 жыл бұрын
I think sometimes it's influenced by where you are. I worked in Liverpool for 18 months and my mates said I started to pick up a bit of the local accent there.

In countries were dancing is a common social thing (Italy, Spain, Latin America, etc.), where people dance since they are children with the family, the grandparents, etc. There are not dancing moves! We move as we feel the music, it is something instinctive, not conscious. It is as if someone asks you what was the first move you ever did with your head… you just move it as you feel you should, right? Dancing moves were invented to do choreographies, formal dances like minuet or waltz, and later on with salsa or son to teach dancing to those that cannot naturally dance. Cubans, for example, do not dance with moves, they can do them, but they usually dance as they feel the music. It is a different philosophy about expressing yourself naturally and freely with your body, about sensations and passion, not a constrained gymnastics with moves, body postures, or gadgets… if you understand what I mean!

Jimmy Page, a Guitar GOD Thomas.. Excellent choice! IF I remember correctly, HE has actually been credited with the term "heavy metal." I believe that's in a book about the band, called "Hammer of the Gods." Anyway, I found y'all a few months ago and even though I understand nothing of your language, the emotions you ALL evoke through your music makes that not matter. Damiano, cut back on the ciggy-butts if you don't wish to hurt your beautiful voice. Oh and, the only reason you don't like rollercoasters is because you have ridden with a coaster enthusiast. As for yr singing, the moment I first heard you, the initial vision in my head took me straight back to Eddie Vedder! And Ethan, you are a beast on your kit and have only gotten better with time. I know this is true because I've managed to find your time on the X Factor Italia, until now. 😀 Thomas, have you had classical training on the guitar? I am a classically trained pianist but it's been years, so I feel qualified to detect it. Victoria, young lady, YOU are a true breath of fresh air and - I - feel your name will be added to the list of female greats in Rock history: Steve Nicks, Joan Jett, Amy Lee. The old school "dirty bass" sound you produce was such a welcome surprise! Seriously though, you Guys rock and I know you know it but I'm sure it never hurts to hear it once more. Right? Please PLEASE book a future date in a large NORTH Florida city, like Jacksonville, so I can get there. Have a blast, but do keep yourselves safe out there! Your biggest Florida Fan! Aszneth 😀🤘

Yes but English language keyboards don't have the accents over the letters on them as English doesn't use them it's an outlier amongst I think most language probably for the same reason that it's grammar is pretty loose because it became very widely spoken in the 19th century although I think a lot of Indian languages include them. I used to do documentation for a cultural instuition they had to design an app to include them in their documentation records - one curator had a keyboard specially designed so she could type characters in Farsi.
