È evidente che è lui stesso a tirarsi indietro, anche quando fa per parlare non è abbastanza diretto e deciso da star dietro allo slancio naturale di Vic e Damiano. Nessuno lo copre di peoposito. E poi le interviste radiofoniche, dove i tempi morti e le pause sono assolutamente tabù, sono troppo ristretti per le necessità di Ethan. Guarda caso Thomas si sta ritagliando solo di recente un po' di spazio proprio perché riesce da solo a stare al passo.

I absolutely adore their music but it's really hard to watch their interviews. Damiano is always looking annoyed and arrogant, and yep I know that's a bit of italians tendency to look arrogant (I'm Italian too). However you can see the tension between Damiano and Ethan, he really wants to contribute but every time he talks, Damiano looks fucking annoyed and either he ignores him or he talks over him. I know Ethan talks a lot, doesn't get to the point and his english it's not the best, but c'mon. Also Damiano should chill and try to engage a bit more. again, love their music but they really need to work on their interviews.

Honestly i dont see tension. And really it s annoying that lately the fans of the other band member especially ethan's are attacking damiano and trying to put him down only because he is the most famous between them and everybody tends to him mostly because of his born magnetism. He is not talking over, if someone has something to say they will, how is he arrogant. If he speaks why he speaks, if he doesn't he is also arrogant. He cant't win apparently.

@@kc-un7by Yeah, Ethan feels so limited and unsupported by Damiano that, for example, during the ESC press conference after their victory, he asked *him* of all people to stay while he tried to make a speech in english 'cause he was insecure. And Damiano is so annoyed by him and can't stand to let him talk that stayed there, in silence, ready to intervene if the other needed it. And even if Ethan took his time, he waited patiently with an encouraging smile on his face. So arrogant of him. Seriously, if anything, going by their body language and bheaviours, lately Damiano and Ethan seems even closer. Don't mistake their banter (they play a lot on the "we have opposite personalities" thing ) for tension. Må are chaotic in interviews and they *all* talk over each other at least once. Vic(because she does the same thing you attack Damiano for but somehow it doesn't irks you) and Damiano talk more because they are more fluent and quick-witted - something they need in interview like this one. So, let's not try to depict Damiano as someone he's not - it is not fair especially since he is doing the most to push the others and fight the tendecy of people to focus only on him.
