2 lbs fresh garlic stems/scapes
2 cups water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
4-5 tbsp of honey powder or sugar (depending on sweetness desired)

You can eat them as a side just like any Korean side dish with rice and other sides 반찬 (banchan).
