You are a miracle worker. I had really bad back pain the last two weeks and after almost every day doing this exercise they are nearly gone. You explain things in a way so that even rather untrained people like mywself can folllow and get into it. Thanks a lot!

Lower back pain has been waking me up during the night. Picking something off the floor has been challenging lately but that little routine has given me instant relief 🙏

This is very strange routine, but it sure works fast! I've done it 4 times in 3 days and feel 90% better!

I pulled a muscle while doing tire flip exercises yesterday on 08/04/2023 and it’s a pain to put up with at my retail job. Hopefully this routine can help alleviate the pain and discomfort.

Hi. These videos are a life changer. I've struggled with lower back for 15 years. Been doing these workouts for 2 months now and day to day life is 60% better. The only time I have a set back now is from SUP surfing. Any tips on how to prevent this recurring back injury?

Thanks for this one, yet again, Dean! I lift weights and do a bit of cardio during the week so I like to do more active recovery on the weekends with MFY. You’ve become like a companion for me 2 - 3x per week. I look forward to the 10 - 30 minutes I spend each time working on my strength and mobility with you in my living room or office. Cheers! 🎉

We always recommend combining yoga with other forms of fitness, like weightlifting. Dean does more than just yoga.
