just watching these two hunky men take on such an incredible topic for men’s sexual health/pleasure is putting my pelvic floor into overdrive. The hairy bare-chest and super nice bare FEET definitely helps as well. 😅

You dudes are hot but holy crap..is that how straight men talk about this stuff? that's embarassing.....you need to be more open about your body
@franklin861818 сағат бұрын
I rather be more open with my doctor, if it's a health issue. Nowadays men or certain men would call it either gay or feel uncomfortable to discuss those issues openly. They rather talk about on how many women they had sex with, they got laid, or what they did in the bedroom. Now it seems like this ED issue has changed that conversation a bit lol, but it needs to be discussed because men are either embarrassed by it or they need to learn the root of the problem. And also what they can do to fix it.

I know the guys had to make the presentation a bit more G rated and as a result didn't mention another benefit of this type of strength training. But if you have wondered how some men can shoot while others dribble, this is why.
@franklin861818 сағат бұрын
When you say 'shoot', are you referring to finishing too early while others that are 'dribbling' can still keep on going during...?

Kegels are some of the worst pelvic floor exercises. Reverse Kegels are better
@gharm9129Күн бұрын
wrong, all the literature says do both and if you actually watched the video you'd see this video includes both as I previously stated.
@__-wm9luКүн бұрын
@@gharm9129 anyone who is looking into pelvic floor exercises almost always has a hypertonic one unless theyve given child birth. If it’s hypertonic you should not be kegeling.

Stay away from too much sugar...salt...bread...eating too much junk food. Eat more fruits and veggies with less salt... take a 10km walk and jog a little. You do this at least 3 times a week, and you will soon get back on your youth. Trust me. It works even for people who have sugar diabetes and asthma.
@DavidinMiamiКүн бұрын
@@JusticeTshivhase There are many experts these days who are insisting, almost demanding, that we eat plenty of salt. Good salt, though, not the table salt we readily find at the supermarket. I have stopped eating almost all sugar, but I have increased my intake of Redmond Real Salt. All my blood work numbers have significantly improved. I also eat low-carb: no flour, no bread, no cookies and sugary treats of any kind, no juice ever. One thing that has helped me a lot is not snacking between meals-giving my metabolism a chance to work without continuing to feed it constantly.

With that deer pose around 15 minutes, you mention one side is easier than the other. This was no joke, with my left leg forward i can't actually sit up. It's very tight on my right side above my hip and beneath my rib cage, also on the inside of my right thigh. Any recommendation for getting this to be as flexible as the other side?
