This looks like 16 mm film, I know a lot of Euro TV station is early open reel video tape, but the quality (even in professional fear) was not there yet. ) I must say this sounds great , so it must be film with a sound board output recording , this was the standered to get live recording to an album or even videos like this. Again, my opinion from being in the industry. (Sales ,service, minor bands set up, etc)

I heard this performance much later, mostly listened to on the coils of large tape recorders in 1973, I studied in the 8th grade of a secondary school in Central Asia, it was so long ago that it’s even hard to remember, but nevertheless, the quality of the recording of that time was at its best, it can be seen that the apperator shot on high-quality film this is a rarity in the current conditions Thanks to the author of the channel for such memories.

В 75м я учился в 6м классе, шурка был на 3 года старше и играл в школьном ансамбле, жили в одном подъезде, но учились в разных школах. И вот зимой они с ансамбле были приглашены к нам в школу, вход был кажется от 9го класс, для старшеклассников, нас не пустили, стояли под окнами, слушали и балдели от этого медляка, запомнил на всю жизнь.
