The raw meat in Germany is actually even minced raw pork. It is mostly served on a roll with raw onion slices on top and seasoned with salt and pepper. It is called Mettbrötchen. At parties they used to serve a whole pile of it, spiked with onions. Formed as a hedgehog. 😂 that was a Mettigel!

Does anyone know when this was filmed? I remember someone filming something "for Netflix" in Manfreds when I went to visit in August 2017 and just wanted to check whether I was graced with the presence of Phil.
