Interesting that they are saying it is better than their own vacuum cleaner! 🤣 That is a Hoover Turbopower 2 U2464, which is a clean air vacuum, it has “Autosense” which came before the Dirtfinder gadget. Autosense turned up the motor speed when it sensed grit.

It is very interesting, especially considering the Turbopower 2 wasn't sold in the US. It makes me wonder if Hoover considered selling it here before all of the company ownership changes, we had the original Turbopower very briefly as the Sovereign. Maybe they had a prototype US voltage version laying around.

@@MylesV We did get the Hoover Turbo*MASTER* here in the USA. It was rebranded to "Innovation" and changed to a soft bag.

Wow and I thought they only introduced the dirt finder feature on the self propelled windtunnel model. Also; I didn’t know joe Fowler was in the infomercial business for this long. I first saw him on an informercial for a power tool called the “roto-razor”.
