I didn't realize Mango beat Armada with Falco in recent meta before Armada retired. Fuck this was an awesome set. Mango really did look like PPMD at times during this, but also was doing his own innovations with Falco that some people are really taking inspiration now. The laser dash-dancing, which as Mango says is PP inspired, the really creative baits, and the near constant "passive pressure" as Ginger and Squid refer to it. This was fucking rad. Never stop double-lasering from the ledge Mango. If only we could do triple lasers from the ledge... Don't listen to the nay-sayers.

At the end you say falcos should always do forward throw on floaties, but I think you should also use down throw half the time. If you're forward throwing at center stage on the larger stages, its much easier to just tech away and get out.

At about 3:00, you say that up tilt would've been optimal, but I think you can actually reverse laser jab lock and get a kill off of it at that percent with some shines.

Not that part you dingus. It was actually a bit after 2:30, so I did fuck up. Pretty sure what I said would be optimal though. A reverse laser jab lock after that edge cancel double dip would've definitely led to a few kill options, but I really can't say what would've worked because Armada has tricky DI.

he can't laser after the dair because he's still in the dair animation, you can even see the landing animation, either way uptilt does the same as laser reset into shine in that situation

You L cancel the dair and do a standing reverse laser. Like I said, if you got the jab reset there, which is definitely possible, it opens the door for more kill options than up tilt, and gives you more time to react.
